Courses:Field Robot Summer Course:Document submission

During the summer course the facilitators will receive a lot of emails. In order to ease the processing please follow these guidelines:

• Depending on the context please send the email to summer@fieldrobot.dk which will reach all key facilitators or to kjen@kbm.sdu.dk

• Please format the subject as: FRSC2012 TeamX document name

• Only PDF formatted attachments are accepted.

• All attached documents must include group name and date in the header or footer on each page. Documents that are more than one page long must include a front page and page numbers on each page.

• Use sketches and pictures as much as possible. Keep in mind that you can save a lot of time by sketching ideas, diagrams etc. on paper and then insert a photo of it into the document.
